Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Trevaro Cove Co. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Trevaro Cove Co. acts as a vehicle shipping agent, connecting customers with licensed and insured auto transport carriers. We coordinate the pickup, transport, and delivery of vehicles as described in individual service agreements.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on current market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and outlined in your transport agreement. Prices may vary based on vehicle size, distance, transport type, and seasonal demand.

Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are covered by the carrier's insurance during transport. Trevaro Cove Co. verifies carrier insurance before dispatching any shipment. Claims for damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and reported within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before a carrier is dispatched. Once a carrier has been assigned and dispatch is confirmed, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Trevaro Cove Co.'s liability is limited to the scope outlined in the individual transport agreement. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
